Shipping & Delivery Policy
For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier services and/or International Speed Post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through trusted domestic courier partners and/or Speed Post.
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days, or as per the delivery timeline agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Actual delivery time is subject to courier/postal service norms and destination-specific transit times.
Bluedot is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our commitment is to hand over the shipment to the respective courier/postal service within the promised 1–2 business days after receiving full payment, unless a different dispatch schedule is mutually agreed upon.
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Confirmation of dispatch and tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
