Return & Refund Policy

At Bluedot, we ensure every product is checked carefully before dispatch. Since our products are crafted using imitation materials such as steel, leather, rubber, silicone, nylon thread, and ceramic, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy once the order has been shipped.

However, we do support returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Wrong color delivered

If you receive an item that meets any of the above issues, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos/videos clearly showing the issue

After verification, we will initiate the replacement or refund process as applicable.

Important Notes

  • No returns or refunds accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or size issues after order confirmation.

  • The product must be unworn and in its original packaging for a claim to be processed.

  • Any tampering or damage done after delivery will void eligibility for refund/replacement.
